Qt 6.2 LTS integration

webOS OSE has finally integrated Qt 6.2 LTS release into its platform. Qt 6.2 is the first Long Term Support (LTS) release for the Qt 6 series. For more information about Qt 6.2 LTS release, see Qt 6.2 LTS Released on the Qt website.

iLib update to v14.9.2

The internationalization library, iLib, has been updated to v14.9.2. See iLib’s Release Notes for v14.9.2 for more information.

Bluetooth mesh API update
